  Dynasty Collision is truly in a league of its own. I found Dynasty on Google and after speaking with the owner, my anxiety eased significantly. Dynasty arranged a rental for me, which later became a loaner as repairs continued. They also handled everything with my insurance company and waived part of my deductible. A huge bonus on top of an already great experience. Jeff kept me regularly updated on the repair status, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, I spoke with Peter again and was genuinely impressed by how much he values his customers and stands by the work his team does. I told him then that if I ever needed repairs again, they would be my first call. And as fate would have it, just a week later, my car was stolen and recovered three days later with damage. Without hesitation, I called Dynasty. Peter remembered me and immediately took care of everything. He coordinated pickup from the tow yard and brought the car straight back to their shop. No stress. No mess. If you are looking for a shop that reduces stress instead of adding to it, this is the one. Ask questions and they will answer honestly. I am genuinely glad I found Dynasty. Highly recommend.

  I was on vacation in Arizona, about 1000 miles from home, when I wrecked my jeep. I decided to leave it here for repairs even though I live far away. For the entire repair, I was kept updated on progress, every call was returned promptly, every question answered. When i say these guys went above and beyond what any other shop would have done, it’s an understatement. No matter what you drive, who your insurance is through, how bad the wreck or how tight the schedule, take your car to Dynasty Collision.

  Knowledgeable, honest, timely, affordable, made my car exactly like I wanted it again. Highly recommend And referred this company all the time. Give them a call and you’ll see what I mean. There ADAS department IS REALLY GOOD.

  I honestly can’t thank Dynasty Auto Collision and Peter enough for everything they did for me. From the moment I contacted them, Peter was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Dealing with car damage can be stressful and overwhelming, but Peter made the entire process smooth and worry-free. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how much he truly cared not just about the car, but about me as a customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental car set up quickly so I wasn’t without transportation, and that meant so much.   They actually fought with the insurance company to get better parts for my car (you know how insurance always wants to cut costs). They returned my car in great condition, and the whole process went smoothly with excellent communication from my representative, Ryan Hazelton. Everyone was nice and friendly. This is a true and honest review — they’re the best!
